Microneedling
Microneedling, also called percutaneous collagen induction (PCI) or collagen induction therapy (CIT), is a minimally invasive skin-perfecting procedure. In some cases, it is referred to as the Vampire Facial when Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is used. Microneedles create tiny skin punctures, promoting a collagen-stimulating healing process. What Happens After Stopping Semaglutide?
There’s a chance you’ll notice weight rebound after stopping semaglutide. This medication isn’t a miracle drug and doesn’t prevent weight gain from happening after you get off of it. We recommend our patients commit to long-term changes in their diet and activity to maintain a healthy weight

Who is not a candidate for semaglutide at Revive Med Aesthetics?
- < 18 years old
- Pregnant/breastfeeding
- Type 1 diabetes mellitus
- Hypersensitivity to semaglutide or any components of this medication
- Personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma
- History of multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome
- History of pancreatitis
- End stage renal disease (on dialysis)
- BMI<25
- Type 2 diabetic patients that are on insulin
- Patients with diabetic retinopathy
- Patients that are on several antihypertensive medications

How often do you get Semaglutide injections?
We inject semaglutide under the skin once weekly, on the same day each week around the same time.
What is the best diet to follow while on Semaglutide?
Consume foods that are high in protein and fiber to stay full and satisfied for longer. Whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats are excellent options.
